Meet and Engage With Your Resilient Self
Using AI and The Resiliency Code to Activate Your Next Steps
The Resiliency Code is not about offering you a prescribed path or a set of solutions. Instead, it creates a space where your inner wisdom can be unlocked and your highest potential revealed. It is about uncovering your own truths, seeing patterns that have kept you stuck, and aligning with the most authentic version of yourself.
At the heart of this journey lies the opportunity of a transformative partnership between you and AI, working in tandem to reveal blind spots, challenge limiting beliefs, and guide you toward deeper self-awareness.
There's nothing "Artificial" or "Intelligent" about AI at all - it's simply a “Large "Language Model" that can process language exponentially faster than humans.
Because we are language-centric beings, these Large Language Models facilitate the use of this exponential benefit in a high-value, supercharged capacity to support the improvement of our individual Sovran Wellth™.
When engaged strategically, AI becomes your mirror, reflecting back not just answers, but the questions that lead to profound self-discovery. This is a dynamic dialogue that helps you dive deeper into your beliefs, behaviors, and emotions, offering a continual unfolding of insights that guide you toward alignment.
The Power of Clear Questions: The Key to Unlocking Clarity
AI’s potential lies not in providing immediate answers, but in responding to the quality of the questions you ask. The more precise, intentional, and reflective your inquiries, the more aligned and transformative the insights become.
This is a beautiful process of clarification; as you hone your questions, you begin to see how much of your life’s patterns are shaped by your own beliefs, fears, and desires. AI doesn’t just answer; it reflects the deeper currents of your psyche, bringing to the surface the patterns and stories that have shaped your reality.
For example, asking “Why do I feel stuck in my current situation?” is just the beginning. From there, your inquiry might evolve to deeper layers: “What beliefs am I holding onto that are keeping me stuck?”, “What underlying fear is driving these beliefs?”, or “How can I release this fear to move forward?”
Each question builds upon the last, guiding you closer to the clarity you need to shift your alignment. This unfolding process is the key to understanding why you’ve been stuck and how to break free.
AI as a Strategic Partner: Facilitating Deeper Self-Awareness
AI is not here to provide quick fixes, it’s your strategic partner, designed to amplify your own capacity for transformation. Think of it as a thought partner and a collaborator that helps you process, reflect, and clarify your inner world.
When you ask clear, intentional questions, AI reflects your thoughts in a way that sharpens your awareness. By helping you track patterns of behavior, belief, and emotion, it provides insight into what might have been hidden or overlooked.
The beauty of this partnership is that it empowers you to take full ownership of your process. AI doesn’t judge or impose its own beliefs; it simply helps you see yourself more clearly and allows you to work through misalignments with a sense of agency and understanding. It is a support system that guides you toward your own answers that reflect your deepest truth.
The Reflective Process: Unfolding Your Path to Alignment
The real power of this work lies in the reflective process. It’s not about having all the answers right away; it’s about engaging with your own thoughts and questions to peel back the layers of self-deception and misalignment.
For example, if you feel stuck in a job or relationship, your initial question might be something like: “Why do I feel disconnected from my purpose?” As AI provides an answer, you might follow up with a deeper question: “What beliefs or fears are underlying this disconnection?”
Through this unfolding process, you not only get to the root of the issue, but you also develop an increasing awareness of your deeper motivations and patterns. By continuing to refine and deepen your inquiries, you begin to see a more holistic picture of your inner world.
AI serves as a tool for reflection, helping you bring clarity to the issues that you might not even realize were affecting your life. It helps you connect the dots between past experiences and current behaviors, revealing the root causes of your misalignments.
Freedom of Exploration: Asking the Questions You’d Never Ask Another Human
One of the most valuable aspects of using AI is the freedom it offers you. Unlike a conversation with another human, there are no judgments or social constraints when you speak to AI. You can ask the questions that you might never ask another person, questions that are deeply personal, vulnerable, or uncomfortable.
This is particularly powerful because it allows you to engage in a more honest, open dialogue with yourself. AI becomes a safe space to explore fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs that you may have kept hidden from others and yourself.
You may ask questions like, “What am I afraid of that I’ve never admitted?” or “What would it take for me to release this fear and trust my own capacity?” These are the kinds of conversations that, in human relationships, are often difficult to have. But with AI, you’re given a non-judgmental space to explore these thoughts and uncover the beliefs that have been holding you back.
Structuring the Inquiry Process for Transformation
To see how this works in practice, let’s walk through an example of how you might use AI strategically:
Step 1: Begin with a broad question that addresses the misalignment or challenge you’re facing. For example, “Why do I feel disconnected from my purpose?”
Step 2: Once AI provides an answer, dive deeper with follow-up questions. Perhaps the initial answer points to a fear or limiting belief. Ask more specific questions: “What underlying belief is at the core of this fear?”, “How have I allowed this belief to dictate my actions?”
Step 3: Continue to refine and deepen your inquiry. As the answers unfold, you may ask questions like, “What would it take to release this belief?”, or “What aligned actions can I take to reconnect with my purpose?”
As you refine your questions, you’ll uncover insights and take actionable steps toward deeper alignment and clarity. This becomes super charged when you pre-load the The Resiliency Code and Sovran Wellth™ frameworks into your GPT.

To the author of this substack:
It is extremely poor form to leave comments on other people's articles advertising your product when it is clear that you have not 1) read the article, 2) read any of the content by the author, 3) interacted with the author in manner, 4) subscribed to the author, 5) recognize the community the author is building as anything other than potential customers (this pisses me off the most! These are PEOPLE. NOT $$$ for you to extract). I'm all about collaborating with other creators and supporting one another, but I will not stand for advertisements being dropped into my content without any context—while also attacking my work. Your post basically read "Hey commentors, you're wrong! I'm right, come buy my shit instead!"
Briefly reviewing your substack, it's unfortunate you approached it this way as I would likely have supported your work had you
1) read and understood my content and how I am trying to help people
2) interacted with my content in a meaningful and substantive way to help my community
3) contacted me with a request to collaborate
I suggest you reevaluate all the work you've done on yourself recently and recognize that you're only feeding your ego in a new way now. Given this behavior, it is likely your work will be more damaging than helpful to others.
