Graham Linehan shares his personal experience with an analogy called "The Werewolves and the Villagers" game.
It's sociologically proven that this is fact.
Depending on your age and experiences, it's possible you've witnessed it in one way, shape or form.
When an informed minority collaborates against an uninformed majority, the INFORMED MINORITY typically wins.
BTW, most people with any sort of wealth and financial independence “think” they are werewolves and part of the informed minority, but they’re really not.
There are different packs of wolves in every society - many packs.
Did you get that?
It's proven - if you don't choose to inform yourself, it's most you're likely going to wind up a deceased villager or a deceased wolf that’s part of a less-informed pack (in either case you lose).
As Graham shares, what really counts?
Outcomes.
You win by collaborating with other benevolent (good) legitimately informed, brutally honest people.
How do you know who's benevolent and willing to collaborate?
There are two ways in my experience:
At least 9 months in a consistent, day-to-day working relationship with a person - business or personal
OR
Use of the Personal Resiliency Framework to quickly flush out dishonesty and lack of authenticity
Wait, you can do that?
Oh yes, you can.
I’ve had to go through this process many, many times (decades)
Subscribe, learn and use the Framework.
The world around us is changing rapidly.
Become part of a well-informed, benevolent minority to get through the changes.
Become Resilient.
